All merchandise currently in the SFWA store are fulfilled (both produced and shipped) through Printful.

We will only process refunds or exchanges for damaged, defective, mislabeled, or misprinted items. We cannot provide refunds for buyer’s remorse or the purchase of a wrong size. We advise customers to utilize the size chart on all apparel listings before making a purchase.

To claim a refund or exchange, follow these steps:

1: Email to notify us of the issue. Please include pictures of the damaged or defective item along with the order number listed on your receipt.

2: Mail the item back to the address listed on the package. If a refund is requested, we will issue your refund to the card used to make your purchase once the item is received by the production facility. If it’s an exchange you’re after, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
