SFWA advocates for diversity throughout the publishing landscape. To that end, SFWA has published the Publishing Taught Me anthology, a series of essays by authors of color about publishing and their experiences. The project also included two paid editorial interns, and two online panels, as well as payment for the authors of the essays. The anthology is free for anyone to read, and is accessible online on the SFWA website.
